There is an issue with SCORM Cloud when using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9).
When you publish a course to SCORM Cloud and view it using IE9; and then make a change to the course, re-publish, and upload again to SCORM Cloud; the course displays as if it were the old course.
You need to clear your cache, or, close IE9 and then re-open it and view the course to see the updated course.
Also, make sure your settings check for new pages: Tools -> Internet options -> General -> Browsing History -> Settings. In the section "Check for newer versions of stored pages", select "Every time I visit the web page".
