What are endscreens? What is a module, test, and course endscreen?

Endscreens are screens that are added by Claro after your course content. These screens do not display in the course tree when you are authoring, but appear when previewing or viewing a course. The endscreens use the theme design, so if you have a custom theme designed, you may customize the endscreens as well.

The following are the three endscreens used in Claro:

  1. Module endscreen: This endscreen displays at the end of a module. The Learning completion score is shown. There are buttons to Continue to the next module, or you can View Content Again. If there is a module test, a Take Test button displays. A list of objectives in the assessment completed along with the score and ability to jump to the objective.
  2. Test endscreen: This endscreen displays at the end of a module test. The Learning and Module test Score is shown. There are also buttons that allow you to Continue to the next module or you can View Content Again, Retake Test, or Review Test. Retake and Review options can be turned off when publishing a course.
  3. Course endscreen: This endscreen displays at the end of a course after all content has been completed. Modules containing testing will be displayed with clickable titles which allow you to review the content of that module. Learning completion and well as Testing completion scores are displayed. A Pass or Fail notification is shown (if selected when publishing) based on the Course pass mark and the Passing Score. If re-take test options are available, a Take Test button displays. A Completion Certificate is available as well, if the option is selected when publishing.
