How do I lock or unlock all layers on a page? How do I show or hide all layers on a page?

You can use the Layers panel to work with elements on the stage for a particular page. You can lock, unlock, show, or hide a layer by clicking the lock or eye symbol next to the layer.

  • Click the lock symbol at the top of the Layers panel to Unlock or Lock all the layers at once.
  • Click the eye symbol at the top of the Layers panel to Hide or Show all the layers at once. When you use the Layers panel to show and hide elements on the stage, the show/hide state will be retained throughout the period you are signed into Claro.

The show/hide state of the elements is retained until you change it again. You can use Hide Targets to hide all target elements.

When an element with a mouse event is selected in the Layers panel, all targets for the event are highlighted with a red dashed line in the panel. You can easily see what targets are linked to the event.

NOTE:  You can also use buttons along the top of the Layers panel to move selected elements up or down in the layers, add an Action, or Delete an element.
