Why should I clear my browser cache? I updated a page but can't see the changes.

Your browser cache (or temporary files folder) stores pages and other files you’ve visited on the web. This makes pages you re-visit come up faster, since the files are stored locally and don’t have to be re-loaded.

Cached files may cause problems when a web site is updated. When you revisit an updated site, your cached files may prevent you from seeing the correct pages.

We recommend you clear your cache if you encounter this problem. This ensures you see the current version.

Note: Some browsers may have an additional setting, "preserve Favorites website data" that could prevent a full clear. If your browser has this setting, we recommend you deselect it prior to clearing your cache.

See the following link if you don’t know how to do this.
