How do I make it so a reviewer can enable comments when reviewing a course? The SME has an account and has been assigned to review and can review the course but the coment toggle button on his screen is missing. Please advise.
I have tried to download an Instructor's Guide from the Publish sub menu and have been unable. I tried clearing my cache and restarting but still unable to download the document. Please advise
