Importing Excel not working

Hello there!
I'm trying to import an Excel file in dominKnow and it doesn't work, it's throwing this error: https://imgur.com/a/wLznt99
Any idea what's causing that?
Just a little background; I had to replace some characters everywhere in my project and I noticed that the "Find and Replace" tool doesn't catch everything. So, I exported to Excel, changed everything in there and tried to import it back. This is when I got this error message in the link above.

My dominKnow Capture doesn't automatically save my file

Hi, I thought dominKnow Capture automatically save our files throughout our progress. Mine doesn't so I sometimes lost my work. Also, the Save button is grayed out, it's never active.
If I don't remember to manually save my file (File> Save), I lose my work. Can someone please help me?

Publish to Word - Include Questions (Quizzies) Feedback?

Hello there!
Mostly what's in the title, but in short, I published my project to Word and I noticed that the question (quiz/exercice) feedback isn't part of the Word file. Is there a way to include them? In the Publish popup, I checked in the Custom Profile for an option about this, but couldn't find any.
FYI, the questions I created are using the built-in question/feedback tool, it's not using any sort of custom object or pieces.

When we publish a document (IG/SM) and we have action items within the material, the Word Doc is not "clean". I know you can edit the steps in Capture and I've tried several times. But I am not able to capture in Capture keyboard commands, such as SHIFT + CTRL + arrow key.
My aim is to make a capture simulation where the learner practices keyboard commands in the Capture. So, for example I want the learner to practice selecting all the data on Excel sheet. Just wondering if there's a way to insert a table in a Quiz/Exercise question field. I don't see any option to do so and trying to copy/paste a table in the advanced editor doesn't work, it just paste it as plain text.

We have updated our projects to include a header that pulls the name of each page into the header. Now, when previewing the "current page", we no longer see the page title at the top (it does not show the page with a header). Is there anyway to preview a single page with the header attached?
