Can I import a .ppt slide directly into an existing project as a page?

I am trying to import some .ppt slides into an existing project as a page. I have tried to use "Copy From A Project" by creating a new temporary project of the .ppt slide, but the new project does not show up as an option to import from the new project. How do I either import directly from .ppt into an existing project; or, how do I get the new project to show up as an option to copy from? Thanks for any help!

Why can't I access some of my projects to share pages between projects?

I have been importing .ppt pages into a temporary project to later import to my main project. However, when I attempt to copy a page from an existing project "Copy From A Project", the temporary project that I used to import the .ppt does not show up in any searches. Please help. Thanks.

Story View Theme - Default View with Menu Closed?

I'm using the Story View theme and I'm wondering if there is a way to make it default to the menu/sidebar being closed. I didn't see anything in the Theme Editor on the Player page for it, unless I'm missing something?

I am a new customer and ending our contract with Articulate. Any suggestions on how to save content from Articulate and get into dominKnow? My company will not pay for the automated service by dominKnow so I need to know how to do it myself. Thank you

How do I make it so a reviewer can enable comments when reviewing a course? The SME has an account and has been assigned to review and can review the course but the coment toggle button on his screen is missing. Please advise.

Change default trigger effect?

want "No Effect" to be the default performance for all triggers in my courseware. The default show effect/hide effect on triggers seems to be "No Effect". How can I change this default in a theme, or even globally in a project? or anywhere?

Remove/Delete an Introduction from Capture

I had someone else helping to create some Capture simulations for me and they added an introduction to a few that is better put into the main content in the course rather than as random text in the Capture sim. I cannot find a way to delete the Introduction and have it go back to the way the Show Me version looks without the white Introduction box. Even if I delete the text from the Introduction, it still shows a big blank white box with a Play button rather than the basic play icon over the ...

no option to force an edit, and I cannot find instructions on how to unlock the page or the project (if that's what is happening). Also, no avatar/badge showing who has the page locked

Branching buttons to different pages

I'm attempting a page with various examples (buttons on a page that will take them to the page with specific example), after visiting a page - i would like to give the learner to try a new example by going back to the landing page and selecting a different button that takes them to a different page, however, when i get to the page, it does not let me select anything else. Course keeps showing a blue line across the project how do I stop it

I've asked this before and no answer given. I have a course that has a blue line across the top and I can't eliminate it nor do I know why it is even there. I'd appreciate help on getting rid of it. I'm not using timeline.
