Hello all,
For ease of use, I was looking for a system variable that will output a string of the learning objective description of a learning object that on a page under the current object. I was surprised that there wasn’t a system variable for this since this is data that can be assigned to the learning object.
Is there a way to get this or do I truly need to manually input data I already have in Dominknow? Is there a list of data that can be easily found to show my variable what to look fo...

Hi,

I've read this article, 'Controlling uploaded video files (Video Options)' and several others about variable use, and I have not yet found a solution.
How do I use a variable to make a video autoplay only once when visiting a new slide, and not again when they re-visit the slide?
I've tried using the media completes action trigger with a variable to record it's play state, but so far I have not been able to get it to work with success.

Metadata in asset library

1. Are the images used in the media library updated with their appropriate metadata by file or is that metadata all held in the assets.js file? I want to ensure the asset library which is exported has metadata that can be used elsewhere if necessary.
2. Is there a way to auto-pull metadata from existing images/videos when importing them to the media library?
The use case here is there is a separate database for creating media, and we don't want to replicate work inside of DominKnow.
