Essay Question Functionality

Hello there,
We are looking at using an essay question and track responses with xAPI. I believe there is a ~255 character limit for the data that can be collected (not sure if that is on our end, or a SCORM thing?) . The text box lets you type in more than that. Was wondering if there are best practices or suggestions to let the end user know when they have exceeded the character limit for data collection?
Also is there a way to make the response field larger? Currently it appears to display ...

Question about Primary/Alternate Header

Hello,
When you use a primary or alternate header masters for a page in Flow, is there any way to make it look it's really just another section at the top of the page when it comes to the page background? I have a module where the pages all have a background image and as a result, the header never really looks like it's part of the page as the page's background image starts below the header.

In Claro is there a existing timer that records how long a user is on a certain slide? I would like to create a report after the lesson to show how much time a user spends on each individual slide so I can use that information to inform the instructor/developers.

How do I detach a copy of a project from its parent in Flow?

I created a copy of an existing Flow project by using the "Save As" option. For this new project, I see in the Properties that it has the original source project listed as its parent. In the player menu, it also displays a web link under Resources that's used in the original parent project, but I don't want that link to be available in this new project. (I can't remove the link on the Attach Resources screen in either the new or original project - it doesn't appear there.)

I am using buttons as drag and drops. I am using a custom template and added new buttons. How do I change the size of the button (format it) and how do I change the color of the button? Also, is there anyway to change the color of the drag and drop template, the background is black and I would like it to be white.

Why are my pages locking automatically when importing a powerpoint

It seems as if recently, whenever i upload a powerpoint to create a project, it automatically locks each page and says I am editing each page so no one can get in and collaborate on the project. The fix for this is to go into options and allow others to edit, but im curious as to why the pages are auto locking now?

Accordion snapping to the top

Hi Support!
With the latest update, all our accordion objects are "snapping" to the top of the window when you click on them. So, when clicking on any accordion, the focus will automatically be on that accordion and it will "snap" and scroll the page to that accordion. It's very jarring because everything is moving in a fraction of a second and we don't want that for our learner experience. I checked all the options I could think of and as far as I know, there's no new option to turn this OFF...
