I'm looking to hire a part-time freelander who know how to use the authoring tool to support me in creating modules for use on an iPhone. Any suggestions?

I'm using Flow, and building for a smartphone users.
The modules are very short, and I need help creating a theme I can copy across multiple modules, as well as creating several modules.
