When I open the Capture application, sometimes the capture window appears white and empty and I can't see the controls or use the application. Do you know why this is happening?   

Is there a way to change the title of a quiz question? When a question is inserted, the heading is, for example, "Multiple Choice". As it is quite apparent to the learner that it is multiple choice, I would like to change the title. When I do change it, it always reverts back to the default title. Can it be changed?  

I am using the Test Question in my course. I allow the all feedback popup options in each questions and also allow from the Publish setting in " Post-Test  "option but when I preview this course at that time the correct/incorrect feedback popup are not appear.  I tried all ways to show / allow the Correct / Incorrect  feedback popup but not working in the course.  Please give me the solution for this. I have noticed a technical issue with the display of the "Try Again" button in Flow quiz questions when viewed in mobile phone mode. The button is cut off and only partially appears. Is there a way to fix this?  

I created a module in the platform before the update to DominKnow One that had drag and drop questions in it. I've copied those question pages into a new layout since and they don't seem to be working now. I've compared my settings and they are the same as the previous project (nothing looks wrong) but when I go to drag the elements into the drop target, it's like a magnet rejecting the same pole.  Is anyone having this issue? I've also tried restarting DK One.  Thanks in advance! Kim  

We are preparing to use the story view template for our tutorials. Is there a certain time length you recommend we don't exceed with these? The chapters and sections on the side make it easy to separate information out, but curious if there is a limit for how much we put in there.

When taking the course assessment, I'm given some questions from each learning object but two of the learning objects show a score of N/A despite answering questions and receiving a score. What does this mean?

I just started getting this message, I look through the Target Tree but I don't see anything that would indicate a missing page. Is there another way to find out what the missing target page is?
