Are the source files stored on your server or can we have access to them?

I work with a government contractor that occasionally needs to create courseware under strict security guidelines. Can you tell me about your cloud storage and its security/encryption features?

I would like to move my Capture files from my work computer to my home computer to work on them. How can I move the files over to my home computer?   Thank you!

I am new to this authoring tool, and I cannot find a way to access DSS's course library so that I can import and edit existing courses.   Can somebody please help me with this?

Would love to run a report to see which projects have unresolved comments. This will help us manage feedback and ensure it is actioned by our developers.    

i am looking to use the flow chapter based or chapter tile template but it doesn't seem i can force the user to go in a specific order even when i updated the publish settings to force sequence, is it possible to have them go in order in these templates?   

We really like this layout and i believe it works very well for my current client needs but just need an answer to the above questions.   

Hi there, I'm trying to find information on DominKnow|One's Word document import feature. All I can see if what's on the Features page: "Word document import automatically creates pages, practice and test questions which match the set word styles." Can someone point me to a page or document that talks about this feature in more depth, and what Word styles are needed to do it? Thanks.   Bill.
