At the end of a course, we see "Learning Object" with a blue circle/white checkmark. How can we remove that or make it so that it doesn't display?

The Publishing Profile setting Paul has highlighted in the screen cap switches how the Learning Object info is displayed on the end screen, but doesn't remove it altogether. If the check box is unchecked, you'll see the blue check mark as you described. If you check the check box, you'll see a data display on the end sceen for the Learning Object (a circle graph plus % value).

If the project is made in Flow, you can create your own End Screen. On the Menu panel to the left of the stage where it typically shows the Project Outline, select the Masters sub-tab. You’ll see a list that includes Endscreens, and you can create your own Course and Module summary end screens by selecting them (there are some templates available there to get you started).

Here’s a link to the Flow User Guide information on Master Pages, including End Screens: https://share.cds.dominknow.one/934f0ed62cf21edb17852afcf128a8ad/3d0f3ad4-95aa-3527-89cc-2b2a2ffedf8f/A3276AF1-06CE-C0A3-6794-85251330874B/index.html?subeoid=412814

Unfortunately, the Master Pages feature is not yet available for Claro projects.

Another thing to consider: The end screen uses the phrase Learning Object because that’s the default name for that part of your Project, which the end screen is pulling in dynamically. If you look at the Project Outline in List view, you’ll see a “level” called Learning Object. You can click on that and change the text to a more descriptive name, like Lesson 1, Chapter 1, Introduction or anything more descriptive for your learners.  That new name will be reflected on the end screen. So if the project is in Claro, at least you can make the information on the end screen more helpful to your learners.

Here’s a bit more info on Learning Objects in dominKnow | ONE: https://dki.io/1e656c6d

And here’s some info on navigating around some of the features on the panel to the left of the stage, including how to switch to List view from Cards view if that’s of help: https://dki.io/6e27f012

Hope this is helpful!

The default publishing profile includes information for the learner on how well they did on each Learning Objective in the course as well as the course as a whole.  Depending on your audience and how you are creating your assessments this may not be applicable to you. You can edit your publishing profile for the project and turn off the Display Learning Object Test Summary.

Alternatively you can also create a custom End of Module Screen under the Master Pages Tab.
