You can download assets from the Media Library that have been uploaded to it. 

You cannot download assets that have been added from dominKnow | One stock libraries as you are only authorized to use them when creating courses with dominKnow One (Clipart, Symbols, Speech Bubbles, People). 

To download an asset from the Media Library: 

Open the Media Library. 

Search for the asset. You may want to select the Uploaded category filter and de-select all the stock asset libraries (Clipart, Symbols, Speech Bubbles, People). 

Select the asset. 

Click the Download Asset button in the Preview area to open a download box (Chrome will download it automatically and your download will show at the bottom). 

The asset downloads to your computer.

Is it possible to export Media Library information to a spreadsheet, and perhaps even manage the data this way (i.e. - apply tags to multiple elements at once)? (maybe there's a way to do it in dominknow without spreadsheet :))   Thanks!

Is there a report available for media library asset usage?

We are trying to analyze how many of our assets are being reused. We can click on an individual item and see usage but we'd like to see a report or be able to download all the asset data from the media library so we can assess the usage data. Is this currently possible in dominKnow One?

Hello,   I would like to ask if it's possible to export content other than text from Flow projects? Can we obtain videos, graphics or PPT slides from trainings created in Flow for external use?   Thank you for your help,   Sebastian

Where can I learn more about the object structure when using LOs? I am trying to create some baseline content ... can I have an LO at the project level? Or does the project need to be a course, have a module, and then an LO for me to move LO content to a new project (at the course level)?  Can I commit content per LO, or must it be per-page? What do the icons mean, such as Pr? Or is that determined by my local system administrator? I copied a graphic into a page. I thought it would magically ...

Access to existing course library

I am new to this authoring tool, and I cannot find a way to access DSS's course library so that I can import and edit existing courses.   Can somebody please help me with this?
