Can't find Result Slide in Claro

Hi DomiKnow Community,
I’m new here and exploring Claro. The tool looks great and intuitive, but there are features I still need to learn.
I'm working on creating an eLearning course and trying to add an assessment. I’ve created the questions, but I can’t seem to locate the option or feature to include a result slide. After carefully looking through all options, it seems like it might be hidden somewhere. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.

The test results are shown automatically, no need for the author to turn them on or set them, etc.
It's handled by our Endscreens, which you can learn more about here:
The end screens have a number of different possible behaviors depending on how many modules your Project has, among other factors.
Some of Endscreen behaviours, especially relating to tests, are controlled by settings in the Publishing Profile.
