When I open the Capture application, sometimes the capture window appears white and empty and I can't see the controls or use the application. Do you know why this is happening?

Glad to hear from our support team that this was resolved by uninstalling and re-installing the Capture application. I understand our dev team also suggested that it may have been a result of having a number of Capture instances running at the same time. Quitting Capture and rebooting your computer might have also resolved it.
