Disable/Enable Next button

I have disabled the "Next" navigation button on a page in Flow. I don't want to enable it until the learner has viewed all content on the page. This includes a popup window that the learner accesses by clicking on an image on the page. I have set the action to "Enable the Next button" when the image has been "Interacted with" and then set the action to "When clicked". But when I get to that page, the Next button is automatically enabled. Is what I am trying to do possible in Flow? If so, what am I doing wrong?

Hi Tim - Let's send this to our support team to take a look at what you have set up. Doesn't sound like a bug issue, probably just a small detail still needed. You can definitely disable and enable the Next button in a Flow project.

In addition to setting an Enable Next action based on a specific trigger such as a button being clicked, we also have a page-based trigger that tracks the completion of all content on a page automatically (has everything been viewed, have all the buttons been clicked, have all tabs in a Tab Set been viewed, etc.). Thanks for following up. This is an important requirement for our client, as the course is a certification and learners have to view all content.

I followed the instructions for the "Page Trigger - Is Complete" but that still doesn't work. As soon as the page loads the Next button is enabled. I need to keep it disabled until the image on the page is clicked and the popup window displayed.

I have disabled the Next navigation button on a Flow page. There are two clickable elements on the page that the learner must open before proceeding to the next page. How can I keep the Next button disabled until both elements have been clicked? The order in which they are clicked is not important.

I have added 5 elements on a slide and want that the end user clicks all the elements before he can proceed to the next slide and I have disabled the next button till then. I have added this functionality on 4 consecutive slides however, this is working properly on slide 1 but as I move to the next slide this is not working properly. Even thhough I have disabled the next button on all of them (until they click on on all elements). Request support.

"I have a page with a lot of text and four links. While clicking on these links is not required to proceed to the next page, I want to set up the 'disable previous' page and 'enable next' page buttons on this page. This means that visitors will have to scroll down to the end of the page before the next button becomes available and they can proceed. I'd like to avoid using the navigation functions on the ribbon pane, if possible, and just use triggers or actions.

Enable Next button after audio has finished playing

I have an audio clip on a page in Flow. Is there a way to keep the Next button disabled until the audio has finished playing? I have it set to enable after all the content on the page has been viewed, but the client wants it disabled until the audio has finished. I have used the "Element is complete" trigger, but it enables the Next button as soon as I start the audio, rather than after it has finished playing.

How do I hide a "next" button at the bottom of a Flow page, but have it show once the page is completed?

Good morning! I've already created an action for the player controls to have the "next" button accessible only once the page content has been viewed, but I have an additional "next" button at the bottom of my Flow page. How do I also make this only accessible once the learner has viewed all of the page content (including flip cards, tabs, etc.)? Thank you!

Disable close button on a target page

I'm currently building an activity that uses target pages for a number of multiple choice questions. I would like to disable the "close" button in the top right corner so that learners must answer the question rather than exiting the window. The Music Pro (Jeopardy Style Game) is very similar and it looks like those target pages have the close button disabled. I've looked through all of the settings and can't seem to find an option to disable this. Is this something that needs to be disabled ...

1) I want to be able to disable each page on the PLAYER menu until the learner interacts or completes all the content on the existing page before moving forward, similar to sequential order; except, I want all the pages DISABLED on the player until the learner interacts with the information on that given page.
