Do I untick screen reader text and alt text box when displaying decorative images only?

I've read the guide it says to right click another place it says double click neither works in dominknow. At the bottom of the screen I see Accessibility tab with Alt Text and a fill in but can't find a way to made the grayed out Edit Asset button work.

When I add a glossary term to a word, the screen reader will read the word as a link and then you can use the keyboard to open that glossary text box. I  have a large project and will soon need to replace specific words with new words. is there a way of doing a find and replace at project level .  EG find Fred  replace with George that will check all test elements and where Fred is found replace it with George       IF not is the only way to check each text element individually ?

I have a Audio Narration and i have timed the text/elements to the audio, Now i want to play the audio and animation when the user click on the button which is on screen? 

I'm using the Story template in Flow and I know the nav menu in this template is not accessible. Screen readers will read each menu item on every new page. Just wondering if there is a way to make a screen reader ignore the nav menu entirely either with CSS or editing the published file. Thanks!

I have text which appears on screen by typing. Is there anyway to get the images to appear after this animation is completed. I cannot see any options to do this in Triggers or Actions without having to time it myself.
