Equations look distorted and faded

Hello DominKnow community, 

I am working on a Mathematical module involving a lot of complex equations whereby I need to use the equation builder at every step of the course development. Although, the data is keyed in correctly within the Equation Builder, the Preview or Publish output of all the equations look distorted or faded, making it harder/ misleading to the learner to learn/ understand the content. 

Is there a better way of presenting the content with equations? Has anyone come across this issue? Any troubleshooting tips?

Missing Target Page

I just started getting this message, I look through the Target Tree but I don't see anything that would indicate a missing page. Is there another way to find out what the missing target page is?

Drag and Drop Question Issues

I created a module in the platform before the update to DominKnow One that had drag and drop questions in it. I've copied those question pages into a new layout since and they don't seem to be working now. I've compared my settings and they are the same as the previous project (nothing looks wrong) but when I go to drag the elements into the drop target, it's like a magnet rejecting the same pole.  Is anyone having this issue? I've also tried restarting DK One.  Thanks in advance! Kim

I am in the process of creating a course that is immersive by incorporating 360 media, predominantly 360 photos. Does DominKnow support 360 media assets that allow the student to interact and explore within the player? If not, is there an HTML player that can be used to support this?

Hi,  I have a client who wants to upload a flow project to Sharepoint. I'm not 100% on the technical side of this, so I've a few questions:  1. Is this possible?  2. Can they have it so their users progress is recorded?  3. What type of publishing profile or output is required from Dominknow to make it work?

Print and Bookmark feature

Here is a feedback by one of our reviewers -  1.As with other training materials, we feel a printed set would benefit the end users, so they can easily review. - PRINT FEATURE 2. When we went in to dominKnow again, seemed we needed to start over again and not where we left off – just a bit cumbersome. - BOOKMARK FEATURE Request support on this.

What's the best practice advice for ensuring glossary terms within a page are accessible to those using assistive technology? When I add a glossary term to a word, the screen reader will read the word as a link and then you can use the keyboard to open that glossary text box. Hide/Show a Section

Hello! I'm trying to hide and show entire sections but it doesn't look like it's possible. I have different sections that have different background images or colours (background spans the full width of the page), but since you can't hide a section, the image or colour always shows.   Thanks!

Hot Spot over .svg image not working as expected.

Hello I am trying to lay several hot spots over an .svg image but once inserted, the hotspot covers the entire graphic and apprears to be infinitely wide (you cannot reach the right border to resize it. The size controls which default to 80 x 80 do not have an effect. Could you confirm this for me or let me know if I need to use a differnt method to inser the hotspot. best regards
