Files saved as Claro converts to flow when uploaded into Dominknow

Hi,
Converted content (exports as well) all use the same .claro extension. During import the content is imported as was exported/converted, either Claro or Flow, you cannot interchange them.
I've raised this for discussion in the next conversion meeting.
No. The analogy I would use - it would be like opening Word docs in PowerPoint or PowerPoint decks in Word docs. The flow of the content is horizontal (slides) vs vertical (scroll). Flow works great on all screen sizes, Claro is optimal on a desktop / tablet screen size.

We ran into this exact issue when moving legacy assets over. The dominKnow importer tends to default to a Flow responsive structure if it detects fluid layout markers in the source file, which completely breaks the pixel-perfect design you had planned for Claro.
If changing the project settings back to a fixed Claro canvas doesn't fix the formatting right away, it's often faster to just rebuild the layout manually rather than fighting the broken imported text blocks.
To speed things up when we have to do this, we use a web tool like
https://wordimageextractor.com/
to pull all the raw text sequences and original images out of our initial storyboards or .docx source files instantly. It lets us copy-paste the clean text and re-upload the images directly into a fresh, native Claro container without any of that automated Flow conversion mess.
