Flow - Mark Course Complete

Hello,

Just wondering if I can mark a course complete through an action (or other method). In the moduel I've made, there is no formal test and learners will not view every page. On the last page of the module, I was planning to simply mark the module complete with an action, but I can't seem to find a trigger for this.

Thanks!

Derek

Derek, found another example showing using a variable to trigger a completion.

Derek,

Yes you can set a course completion under any circumstance you wish. The default completion criteria is when all pages are complete or a test is passed.

when those don't fit your criteria we have Player Control actions that authors can run to set a course completion. Typically this type of action is triggered when a page is loaded or completed.

On the page you want to use, in your case the last page, select the Triggers drop down then click Current Page... is Complete or is Loaded.
From the dialog that opens select the Player Controls option then select More... and click Next.

From the panel that opens on the right there is a Function menu, in that menu you will find the function to "Complete the courses learning".

Attached is a short example on working with page complete trigger.
