Font Spacing on Nav Bar

I am new to dominKnow and most familiar with Articulate Storyline/360.  I'm having difficulty with standard page beginnings without animation.  When I create a new page in Claro and add a header and other elements, I find that automatically the rich text header is set as a fade animation after 0:00 entrance and any images I add are automatically set as fade animations after 0:00.5 entrance. How can I cause all elements by default to be present without an animation when the page is loaded? The client specifically wants Open Sans as the Flow theme font. I typed in Open Sans as the preferred theme font but it is definitely not using that font for my default theme font. Maybe Open Sans isn't a known font option or the right thing to type in?. I uploaded the open sans fonts and can see them in my font selection drop down but I have to manually change all text fonts. I want to be able to set my theme font to Open Sans to avoid the extra steps. Any ideas?

I have created a carousel in Claro. There is only line of text on each tab. When it displays there is a vertical scroll bar. No matter how much I enlarge the carousel, the scroll bar displays. I can't seem to get rid of it. Is there a way to disable this feature?   Thanks.

I prefer to avoid adding extra carriage returns to create spacing between paragraphs, so I was happy when I discovered the "Add paragraph dom element" button, which adds a few pixels of space between paragraphs that are otherwise adjacent. (I understand the nature of what the button's doing, essentially wrapping each paragraph in "p" tags.)  Unfortunately, that button is either a little wonky or I'm not using it right, because getting it to work consistently is kind of challenging. Is there a way to set the default font in the Tabset elements to Body? The Theme options don't appear to have this overtly set and my body font is larger than what I'm seeing in the tabset elements.  

Is there a way to change the default font colour without having to manually change it on each page?   

I am having trouble getting font style (specifically bolding) to show up consistently between operating systems. On Windows, the bolded font displays correctly. On Mac, however, the bolding is missing. The font is also switching to from Verdana to Times New Roman and another undefined font on Mac when I’ve selected “Theme Base Font”. I’m using Chrome for both operating systems.
