Formatting issues when download the course as Word document

Hi, I have a need to download the course content into a document such as Word or PDF. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm using the Flow theme. Thanks, Megan

Hi,  I have a lot of stylised text in a word document that I want to paste over into Domiknow.  Bolding, underlying, hyperlinks and some superscripted numbers. Is there any way anyone knows of that I can get all this into Domiknow, without having to manually re-style everything?

I have uploaded documents into the Course Resource Manager. Inside the course I have links to the documents. Some documents open while others download without opening. In all the links I created I selected the "New Window" as the option in which to open them. This happens with files of the same format. For example, one Word document opens in Word while the other one just downloads. I need to create a consistent learner experience. Are there any other settings that I have missed?

Would someone be able to provide steps to delete a resource in a current file and replace in the course with a customized one? I have uploaded the new document but not sure how to replace within my course. 

I created a custom certificate with a background image. It looks pretty good but when I print it only the text fields print. How can I also include the background image on the print.  

I have a module set up where a download is displayed after the user has watched a video. Is there a way for the system to save that status for when the user returns? Right now when the user returns they have to watch the video again to reveal the download.   

Hi,  I'm trying to make a header with a few custom buttons that is specific to the course.  Rather than use a player only for the outline, is it possible to add some java script that will allow a button in the header to open the course outline?  I want to avoid adding in the custom buttons to the player, as that would mean making a new player for every course I create as they all need different links. Having them all in the same section would also decrease the amount of space taken up at the ...
