Once your translation file has been updated with the second-language/translated text, you can import the file back into your dominKnow | ONE site two ways.

One way is to open any Project in the system, then on the Home tab select the Translate button. (Make sure you toggle the Ribbon on to see the Home tab.) On the list of options on the Translate panel is Import Translated File. Select that then follow the remaining steps to browser and upload the XML or Excel file. When you do this, the now-translated Project will open.

NOTE: You do not need to open the specific Project being translated, you can open ANY Project and do this. The translation file is coded to know which Project it is related to, so it will automatically be assigned and processed into the correct Project. In fact, if you have used the first Translation option, Duplicate and Export For Translation, you won't be able to find the second-language copy of the Project being translated when you browse Projects as that copy is set to a Pending Translation status and is quarantined from the Browse panel until the translation file is imported back in.

A second way to import the translation file is to go to the Application Menu (the three-line menu below the Home icon in the upper left corner of the interface), select Import then select Import Translated file

Also, this article provides an overview of the two translation workflows in dominKnow | ONE:
