How do I Capture key strokes

I know you can edit the steps in Capture and I've tried several times. But I am not able to capture in Capture keyboard commands, such as SHIFT + CTRL + arrow key. 

My aim is to make a capture simulation where the learner practices keyboard commands in the Capture. So, for example I want the learner to practice selecting all the data on Excel sheet. The question is: select the multiple rows and columns using what keyboard command? And the learner press SHIFT + CTRL + arrow key down, and they see the row selected. Then next screen the learner presses SHIFT + CTRL + arrow key right, and they see the columns selected. 

Can I capture these keyboard commands in Capture for then the learner to do the same?

Capture on Windows doesn't currently support recording/capturing the arrow keys. Other keys are supported, though.

Capture on Mac does support arrow keys.

Our team is looking into the Windows issue.

Same as this:  https://community.dominknow.com/question/Unlocking-pages-99a5072 no option to force an edit, and I cannot find instructions on how to unlock the page or the project (if that's what is happening). Also, no avatar/badge showing who has the page locked Help? TIA

Capture keeps crashing

I'm trying out Capture on an iMac running OS X Monterey. I have tried using Capture on both Safari and Microsoft Edge. In both cases, it has crashed before I could finish recording. Help?

When tracking a Capture in an LRS, the success rate is only set to true when 100% score is achieved. How do I change this to say 80%?

How do I add Alt. text to an image.

I've read the guide it says to right click another place it says double click neither works in dominknow. At the bottom of the screen I see Accessibility tab with Alt Text and a fill in but can't find a way to made the grayed out Edit Asset button work.

Reorder Steps in a Capture

I asked this question somewhere else but I think it was in the wrong place. Is there a way to reorder steps when you are editing a capture? It doesn't always come out perfectly the first time and I need to redo some scenes but now I can't figure how to move them to the correct order.

How do I make uploaded screenshots sharp and clear?

When I upload a screenshot and insert it into a project, it always ends up very blurry. I don't see this happening at all with any other image files I upload. Screenshots appear sharp and clear when their image files are opened on my computer, they just look blurry in dominKnow for some reason. This doesn't happen with other images, only screenshots. Does anyone have tips for getting sharp and clear screenshots in dominKnow?

I'm really struggling with the translations process. How do you create translated versions of a project?    I've followed the instructions -> duplicate for translations exported XML file Translated XML file Imported BUT nothing get translated?

Aspose License key

I am getting the error "The application property for the Aspose License key is not set correctly." when uploading my PowerPoint file.  What do I need to do?
