There isn't really a feature to copy notes between the two fields.

Page notes are informative/instruction that is most often used like instructor notes or as an author to author area to share ideas/storyboard notes or whatever else might be of value to authors. Page notes are also available in the ILT output options for  instructors use.

Page transcripts is for the transcript of the audio/narration of the page. Some clients use it for accessiblity reasons as well as to export to send the transcript to an outside narrator. 

Both notes and transcripts can be exported, options for that are found under the App Menu -> Export.

Notes and transcripts can be included when exporting or importing the full course text. You could export all the course content to Excel and update the transcripts in Excel and import the text back in. The export will only export data if the fields are not empty.

I need information control labels on much of the content we produce for U.S. Government. These labels need to appear at the top and bottom of each display page in Claro. Ideally, the content of the label would be controlled via a variable (so an Author would only have to change a single location) and could be translated. How do you create a trigger on one page to show an icon on another page?

How do you trigger a show action for an icon that is on one page, but the trigger action is the completion of another page? 

I selected the page > clicked Trigger > When this page is completed > Show Action > then the only items I can select are on the same page that I am using as a trigger. I can't figure out where to select an image on another page to show on completion. The search only returns items on the same page, too.

Do I have to create a custom variable or am I missing ...

In Claro, how do I mark unvisited pages as completed without having to view those pages?

We build courses that contain repetitive "how to use the course player" info. I want to add a scenario that asks the student if they are familiar with using the course player. If they answer no, I want them to branch to the next page and proceed through the course as normal. If they answer yes, I want them to be skipped past the remaining 4 pages in the topic and begin the next topic. Scroll position preserved from page to page - mobile

I would expect the scroll position to reset to the top of each page when a new page is loaded (back/next/menu navigation). Instead, if I use a button at the bottom of the page to get to the next page, it loads at the bottom of this second page. The browser mobile preview does not display this behavior. I believe it's not intended. How can I avoid this? iPhone 8 iOS 12.2  Thanks, Katy O'Keefe

I've read the guide it says to right click another place it says double click neither works in dominknow. At the bottom of the screen I see Accessibility tab with Alt Text and a fill in but can't find a way to made the grayed out Edit Asset button work.

How do I enable the update and metadata buttons on the project properties page

I can see the project properties panel, but there must be some secret combination conditions to get the Metadata and Update buttons to be activated - otherwise I can't save any changes to the properties or categories.
