I use panels a lot in DK, now it appears you have limited what we can add to a panel's placeholder. Is there a way to add a button into a panel like we could in the previous version?

Got it, thanks Chris. Didn't see the insert tab at first as the ribbon was hidden.

For sure, you can still add pretty much anything to a panel, but it has become a little less obvious with the revised icons/options on the placeholders on a panel (and other engage components).

If you have an empty placeholder and you use the three-dot menu it opens the Replace your Placeholder panel, and the options there are really meant to represent the most common things authors tend to use.

You can still add any other elements, though. When you're in the Panel editing it (select the panel element then select the Pencil icon), you can go to the Insert tab and select a Button from the Buttons options. The empty placeholder on the panel will highlight in orange, showing it's available as a place to put the Button. Select the placeholder to add the button to it.

Hope this helps!
