How do you include the background image when printing

I created a custom certificate with a background image. It looks pretty good but when I print it only the text fields print. How can I also include the background image on the print.

Print output only includes on-page elements, not background design features like images or fill colors.
That applies to a full Project as a document publish or a single content page or Certficate with a print button.
In a Claro project you can have a large image as an element behind other content and it will be included in the print output, but in Flow that isn't possible as Flow doesn't have the same page structure based on layers/a stacking order.

FYI while this doesn't apply to images, if you do add a background color, in the print option users do have an option to include the background and the color will be used, but they do need to select that when printing (PDF or otherwise).
