You can use a custom button to change this.

The text on the default Submit button for Question pages and for our quizes and exercises can't be changed. We don't allow that because the text string is already translated into roughly 60 languages, so if you create a translation of a Project you don't have to have the word "Submit" translated - it's already taken care of, along with other text that is provided by dominKnow | ONE (such as the tool tips that show when you hover over the Next and Back buttons in the navigation bars and the text on the End Screens, for example).

On Question Pages, though, you can turn off the default Submit button and create your own custom Submit button which can have any text that you want on it.

Here's a Community article on how to do that:

Create Custom Submit Button on Test Question Page

This only applies to our Question pages (which can be used as scored test questions or non-scored Practice questions). You can't alter or customize the Submit button on our Quiz elements (the ones available on the Engage tab).

Hope this helps!
