In Capture try me mode, a recorded step automatically shows the text 'Click the continue button:' followed by a grey button containing an arrow. Do you know why it appeared and how I can delete it?

What action is the learner supposed to take on the step where this is happening?
Typically that automatic text and arrow are shown in two circumstances:
(a) there is no action on the step to allow the movement to the next step (ie. there is no hotspot) or
(b) if there is a key pressed event that we can not easily Capture in the browser.
There is no way to remove it but you could use the Edit Step option (Step >> Edit Step) to change the step to a different learner action.
