In the Learning Object Properties, what does the "Question OIT" option do?

For some reason my LO titles are not showing up in my table of contents, and I would like to make them show. How do I do this?  

When taking the course assessment, I'm given some questions from each learning object but two of the learning objects show a score of N/A despite answering questions and receiving a score. What does this mean?

I can see the project properties panel, but there must be some secret combination conditions to get the Metadata and Update buttons to be activated - otherwise I can't save any changes to the properties or categories.   

What does it mean when you hover over a learning object in the Outline in the authoring tool and a popup message displays, "Not checked out"?

I have a learning object that includes a case study with 3 decision points using inline multiple-choice questions. We have several developers responsible for maintaining our projects.  We see the dashboard as a potentially very useful way to communicate status/life cycle, changes made, if a new export is needed, etc.  Currently, we use the checklist to communicate parts of status, we use the life cycle, we use review periods.  We are starting to leave commit notes that comment on an update made but wonder how we might leverage the dashboard further to know if updates were made and if a new export is neede...

I do not see anywhere to access a pre-assesment other than activating it through the publishing profile. I would like to add instructions on taking it before it is offered. 

In order for our LMS to show the score in the training details when creating a new course or publication in which a score is calculated, in order for the system to calculate and display a score on the Training Details page, both the maximum score and the user score must be set.
