I'm attempting to use a system varialbe to pass data to an external IFrame. Is there syntax that will work? (I'm using the video embed option to get access to an IFrame). I'm using something like the following, but I've also tried with single braces.

Edit: wow I can't seem to escape this HTML!

Are you using the embed source code button on the toolbar?

Not sure. I'm looking at the "source" under "embed detail" on a video. Is there a different tool I could use for this?

Ok so I'm understanding now. You want to use our embed iframe element to load an iframe and pass the users iD in the url querystring?

Yes it can be done. But I can’t tell you how :) -jk gimme a bit to find it and email it to you. We don’t post code we write on here.

I can't see what you attached, just shows an empty box.

is the variable:

In the dominknow content and you want to send it out to an iframe

or

You want to send a variable from an iframe into the content?

I'm having a hard time placing the HTML in the post without it actually rendering. I've removed the < and > characters to make it display

When editing your question, the second icon from the right is an embed source code button. It formats and styles code snippets and allows all characters. This allows us to accept code and properly sanitize for vs hacks.
