Yes. Select a top level element, such as the project Title in the project tree. NOTE: You may need to switch to List view from Card View. Then in the Kabob menu (three vertical dots above the page listing/project tree and to the right) select "allow others to edit".

This will check in all pages within that hierarchical element.

NOTE: Versions of the page will not be created and the thumbnail image for each page will not be updated when using this option.

I currently have a project that was developed in Claro that includes quite a few target pages to incorporate branching. The customer wants to eliminate any type of branching or extraneous clicking and has asked that I make the project linear. Is there a way for me to convert the target pages to main pages? Or do I need to redo every page from scratch? When I click on new page from existing project the only options I get are "Structure" and "Master".

I have a test where learners will need to indicate if they Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, or Never do an action.  I want to give different weights to the different answers.  For example, for question 1: Always=10pts, Often=8pts, Sometimes=5pts, Rarely=2pts and Never=0pts For statement/question 2 it may be something like this: Always=0pts, Often=2pts, Sometimes=5pts, Rarely=8pts and Never=10pts

I have a module set up where a download is displayed after the user has watched a video. Is there a way for the system to save that status for when the user returns? Right now when the user returns they have to watch the video again to reveal the download.

Hi,  Is there a way I can make all the pages in a storyline theme accessible straight away? Currently you need to view them in a linear order, but I want people to be able to jump around as they want.

Hi,  Is there any way I can create a backup or download a physical copy of the course I've made in Dominknow, and then re-upload it if I need to edit it in the future?  Thanks
