My Reviewer cannot post comments

My colleague assigned a DominKnow course to a reviewer. But the reviewer is not able to see the Comments feature that should appear on the top-right of the screen. I asked them to change browser to Google Chrome, bu still the problem persists.
The same problem persists with other reviewers as well. Could you please help?

Most likely the Project is not set to be in a Review period.
Once you assign a Reviewer to a Project, they can log in and launch the Project to preview it but the ability to add comments is only turned on when the Project is in a Review period.
