My dominKnow Capture doesn't automatically save my file

Hi,  I cannont find my past creations(course that I created 6 months or more ago) at BROWSE tab. How can I find all my creations? Thank you for your support in advance!   

When I open the Capture application, sometimes the capture window appears white and empty and I can't see the controls or use the application. Do you know why this is happening?   

I am using the Test Question in my course. I allow the all feedback popup options in each questions and also allow from the Publish setting in " Post-Test  "option but when I preview this course at that time the correct/incorrect feedback popup are not appear.  I tried all ways to show / allow the Correct / Incorrect  feedback popup but not working in the course.  Please give me the solution for this. I used one the custom drag and drop templates to create a drag and drop assessment questions with 5 drop targets and draggable items.  When I scroll down the page a white space appears at the bottom of the screen and my drag items fly back each time I tried to drag it to the drop target.  When I scroll up the white space at the bottom disappear and all of my drag items function properly.  I have removed the primary footer and the white space still appear. I'm trying out Capture on an iMac running OS X Monterey. I have tried using Capture on both Safari and Microsoft Edge. In both cases, it has crashed before I could finish recording. Help?  

I am a new customer and ending our contract with Articulate. Any suggestions on how to save content from Articulate and get into dominKnow?  My company will not pay for the automated service by dominKnow so I need to know how to do it myself.  Thank you
