Question about Primary/Alternate Header

Hello,
When you use a primary or alternate header masters for a page in Flow, is there any way to make it look it's really just another section at the top of the page when it comes to the page background? I have a module where the pages all have a background image and as a result, the header never really looks like it's part of the page as the page's background image starts below the header.

Headers and footers aren't part of the Page, so there isn't a way to set a Page background image to also apply to them.
If the same image is on all pages, though, you can set the image as a background in the Theme. It's available on the Style tab under the Colors options. This does position the background image behind headers and footers as well as the page.
One other design idea I've seen is to use a background fill color on the header/footer to match the navigation bars, to help them be visually associated with the nav bars.
