Repositioning/Moving elements, pic, tables, etc.

I suspect you are asking about movement from within Flow projects. For Flow projects each element is within a group, within a row, which is within a section, which is within a page. You can see this structure on the left panel when you select Page -> Structure.

Movement on Flow pages is handled within this structure. When you select the "Group" the element is in, above the breadcrumb trail (black bar above the page) there are options related to the selected item. If there is more than one item in the group, the up and down arrow buttons will be active and you can move the element order within the group. The same is true for Row and Section. 

For cases where it is a single item in a single groip and single row, moving the Section effectively moves the element.

NOTE: We are currently working on an enhancement that will provide several new options to make movement of content within a Flow page more flexible and easier.
