Rich Text Title Style on Mobile

I have built a timeline using the widget in Flow. It does not display on a mobile phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy A71. Neither the timeline icons nor the content display when viewed on the phone. Is this a known issue?  

Is there a way to change the size of the body text style? I'm wary of choosing heading styles for body text because of the risk of skipping heading levels and being less accessible as a result, but the body text seems a little too small. I can see how to edit heading level styles but not paragraph/body text.  

Has anyone had users report cc text not working on an Android phone? It works just fine on an iPhone. If so, other than having a transcript available, how did you resolve the issue? Thanks in advance  

I have a video in my Flow course that has an uploaded .vtt file for closed captioning. It works great on a desktop, but there's no cc text option on a phone....just the transcript. Is there a setting to allow the cc text on a phone?  Thanks  

Hello,   The TLDR on what I'm trying to do is, I have users going through scenarios and I will allow them to open up a knowledge base (the Flow knowledge base) in a lightbox, where the knowledge base is being iframed in via a website on that lightbox. This works great on a desktop/laptop, but when I go to mobile, the lighbox only takes up a small portion of the vertical height. I am I importing PowerPoint files into Claro. I wish to use retain the formatting that Powerpoint uses, however the resulting Rich text elements that are created are in Courier. I am having trouble changing the fonts.

I have tried to update the Styles, no effect. I have tried updating the default Theme, no effect. Can anyone help please.

Is there a way to change the title of a quiz question? When a question is inserted, the heading is, for example, "Multiple Choice". As it is quite apparent to the learner that it is multiple choice, I would like to change the title. When I do change it, it always reverts back to the default title. Can it be changed?

I created my CC srt file in Adobe Premier Pro and applied colour/font details, but these don't pull through when added to an MP4 in DKO. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to edit the CC styles within DKO?  

Is there a way to control the style of the Tooltip function whenever it's applied to text in Flow?    It seems to use the Hyperlink style as defined in the Theme, is that correct?  Is there any way to customize that, without adjusting the Hyperlink style?

I'm creating a Knowledge Base and adding our branding to the theme. I've changed the page titles (for the menu panels on the landing page) to our brand colour but DKO seems to be creating its own colour for visited and unvisited pages, regardless of the colours I add. Please can you advise.
