Scenario Assessment / Practice Questions

Hi,  I'm using the scenario builder and have a few questions.  1. Is it possible to add images into each speach bubble? I can see the option for audio, but not for an image.  2. Is it possible to format the text, i.e. if I want to bold or italicising something?  3. Is it possible to add in links to pop ups or hyper links into the speach bubbles?  4. Is there any way I can use the images in the scenario as their own stand alone images? I can't seem to find a full body avatar in the stock media...

I have an assessment that I created in another platform that I want to embed in dominKNow instead of re-creating the entire assessment. I know that I can link to it, but I want the learner to engage with my dominKnow content and take the assessment from another platform on the same page in dominKnow.  Is this possible? If so, how can I do it?  

I want to show the incorrect answer that is an image in a text box below the assessment question.after the learner selects the submit button.   

We have set our end of WBT assessment so that a learner has get 100% to pass out the module. They can retake the assessment as many times as needed to get 100%. Each time they take the assessment they a get a new randomized set of 5 questions from a ppol of 15 questions. Once they get 100% the data captured is the # of attempts taken to get 100%. How can I move the Instruction Text and the Question text up or down on Assessment pages? These two elements don't allow for any movement on the page and the fields must contain the appropriate corresponding text to allow for accurate LMS reporting. 

I would like to use the interactive video template in Flow, is there a tutorial on how to use the Question buttons?  I would like the learner to engage with the questions when I set the video to pause for each question.

Here is the scenario that I need to create in Flow. The learner clicks an audio icon to launch an audio recording of two people having a conversation. Each is represented by an avatar on the screen. As the recording runs, the text of their conversation appears in text bubbles associated with their respective avatars. Is it possible to create a scenario to function like this?

I see under Imports the option to import test questions from Excel, but it is greyed out. How do I activate/allow this in a flow course?  

When taking the course assessment, I'm given some questions from each learning object but two of the learning objects show a score of N/A despite answering questions and receiving a score. What does this mean?

I do not see anywhere to access a pre-assesment other than activating it through the publishing profile. I would like to add instructions on taking it before it is offered.
