Story View Theme Navigation

I'm using Story View theme with a lesson that has multiple learning objects. When I preview the entire project, I now have two sets of navigation, the Next Page and Previous Page buttons for each page I added, and the Next and Previous navigation located at the top and bottom of each page.  I want the navigation that I see in the single page view (one extended button at the top and bottom of each page). How can I delete the unwanted next and previous page buttons that are shown on each page when I view the full project?

Hello,

It sounds like you added your own Previous and Next buttons to each page or the Master Header and/or Footer. For the Storyview theme you can not turn off the default navigation options. You can turn off this navigation in the Course Player or the Vertical Player Theme.

Is there a way to add the list of Resources into the Story View Theme's menu similar to the other Themes. When editing the theme player, I do not see it as an option.   If not, is there a way to add a link to the Resources to show the auto-generated list of resources?

I'm using the Story View theme and I'm wondering if there is a way to make it default to the menu/sidebar being closed. I didn't see anything in the Theme Editor on the Player page for it, unless I'm missing something?

Can I block clicking left panel in story view theme?

We are creating a course with a story view theme. As you know, clicking the menu icon brings up the left panel. We have found that we can complete the course by clicking on the learning object in the left panel even without reading the whole content. We want to prevent the learner from completing the course by just clicking the left panel without reading the entire content.  Is there any way to prevent the learner from clikcing the left panel?

We are preparing to use the story view template for our tutorials. Is there a certain time length you recommend we don't exceed with these? The chapters and sections on the side make it easy to separate information out, but curious if there is a limit for how much we put in there.

Adding Course Menu

I am using the no navigation theme which does not include much of the default navigation and buttons, including the course menu button. Is there a way to add this manually? I have looked through the system variables and do not see it listed nor anywhere in the tool bar?

Master page setup

I would like to have a small horizontal bar appear along the top and bottom of each screen in my project. They will be in the colours of the theme that the client has chosen for the look and feel of the course. Is there a way to insert these items somewhere on a master page so that I don't have to manually add them to each page?

Add exit button functionality to Story theme (Feature Request)

Throwing this out there to see if others would find this valuable and want to add their voice to this request. As users of the Story theme we've always wanted to have an Exit similar to the Course Player theme. Today, we submitted a feature request asking if the exit functionality could be added in two places. 1. Theme wrapper (TOC or header) 2. Project end screen upon completion

Why is content appearing in the menu (Story View theme) if it has been invalidated via the Invalidate Module action?

We have created a course with two modules. When the learner clicks the button to jump to the second branch, the system adds checkmarks to the pages in the other learning object to indicate the learner doesn't need to review it. However, when the learner clicks the button to jump to the first branch, the system doesn't do this. Remove end screen from projects?

We are using Skilljar to host our content, and there is an issue with two different navigation options. We are looking to alleviate this by uploading each slide separately. However, this is impossible because it then adds a "completed" end screen after each slide. Is there a way to remove this for all projects?
