Tabs not working on light boxed page.

Hi, I added a tooltip to the word "hover" in one of my projects. However, when previewing the project, the tooltip does not appear when I hover, instead if I click on the tooltip it will then appear. I have the tooltip inside a flip card. When I click on the word 'hover' the flip card flips and then shows the tooltip. This is not the action I was wanting.   

I have two columns on a page in Flow. In the left column is an image. In the right column is text. I want the image to display when the page loads. Then two seconds later, I want the text on the right to display. I have set up an action so that when the image shows, it will show the text two seconds later. But it isn't working. I am out of ideas for troubleshooting what I may have done wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks.  

Hello I am trying to lay several hot spots over an .svg image but once inserted, the hotspot covers the entire graphic and apprears to be infinitely wide (you cannot reach the right border to resize it. The size controls which default to 80 x 80 do not have an effect. Could you confirm this for me or let me know if I need to use a differnt method to inser the hotspot. best regards  

I have built a timeline using the widget in Flow. It does not display on a mobile phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy A71. Neither the timeline icons nor the content display when viewed on the phone. Is this a known issue?  

I am using the Test Question in my course. I allow the all feedback popup options in each questions and also allow from the Publish setting in " Post-Test  "option but when I preview this course at that time the correct/incorrect feedback popup are not appear.  I tried all ways to show / allow the Correct / Incorrect  feedback popup but not working in the course.  Please give me the solution for this. I find it helpful (if not necessary) when building out courses to have a sort of "guide window" open that I can use as a visual reference. That's not a big deal with locally-installed applications, but I'm concerned that it might be problematic in Claro. Is there any reason that I wouldn't want to have two separate Claro courses (not the same course twice) open at the same time?  

I'm receiving a Locked Page messge when commiting my page.  This page is being edited by someone who is not logged in.  Do you want to force edit?      

I've recorded a large (95 slide) software simulation using capture, and its not uploading into Domknow. I click Share- for authoring, then when ready, I drag into the Domiknow page.  I get a status bar, and when complete, I'm back at Domiknow in the project. The Page says :"Drag your new published capture anywhere into this placeholder."      

Hi there, I am working from a duplicated project. The parent project contained 18+ documents that launched on button clicks. The new project only has 1 button and document, yet the original collection of 18 documents is still being published in the scormcontent > assets folder. Is there a way to remove these from the duplicate course so that they do not publish?    Thanks!
