I need to pull an existing training module from Litmos, change the knowledge check functions save it as a new file and reinstall it in Litmos.

Can you provide me with a procedure to do this?

Thanks,

Mike

It sounds like you are needing to update content published in your LMS. Your general steps are as follows:

  1. Log into your dominKnow | ONE instance
  2. Use browse projects to locate the project in question
  3. Make the desired changes
  4. Publish a new package
    1. If you are using dominKnow Convey, then all you need to do is select the refresh option on the publish card and the link in Litmos to the project will be updated.
    2. If you are not using dominKnow Convey, then publish the full package and use the option in Litmos to upload the new package.

Note: If you are modifying a course from one of our content providers such as DSS or UL, then you first need to download the project from the marketplace. Once you access the marketplace, search for the project and select the download link. This will download a copy into your own instance of dominKnow | ONE. Once downloaded, you can make the desired changes.

Next you would need to publish your package. We recommend you use Convey to publish and then load the SCORM stub into your LMS either replacing the existing package or creating a new one.
