Unlocking pages

A page suddenly appeared in my project that I am unable to delete.  The page info says it was created by my co-worker, and I must edit it before I can delete it.  When I hit the Edit button, I get a popup that says, "This page is currently being edited by another user, or you don't have permissions to edit it."  My co-worker says they didn't insert this page into my project, but did copy a page from my project, which is nothing like the page that suddenly appeared..  How do I get rid of this page?! The assets don't transfer over when a project is duplicated after being saved.

Same as this:  https://community.dominknow.com/question/Unlocking-pages-99a5072 no option to force an edit, and I cannot find instructions on how to unlock the page or the project (if that's what is happening). Also, no avatar/badge showing who has the page locked Help? TIA

Locking content on a page until interactions are complete with scroll fx as well?

Hi there! I am attempting to develop a project in dominKnow on a long scrolling page. I would like to show a section of content until it reaches an interaction (carousel, tabs, accorrdion etc). I then want the next section of content to appear until a new interaction.    I know I can do this by setting up triggers, however when the elements appear, I would like it to have scroll fx, not just be there. Is it possible to link a show effect to a trigger as well as scroll fx?

Locking a header in place on a vertical scrolling Flow project

Is there any way to lock the header section in a vertical scrolling project so that it stays fixed in place at the top of the screen whilst the rest of the screen is scrolled?

Branching buttons to different pages

I'm attempting a page with various examples (buttons on a page that will take them to the page with specific example), after visiting a page - i would like to give the learner to try a new example by going back to the landing page and selecting a different button that takes them to a different page, however, when i get to the page, it does not let me select anything else.  Could someone help me troubleshoot?  (I've tried setting the trigger "resets the current page" - but that doesn't seem to...

In Claro, how do I mark unvisited pages as completed without having to view those pages?

We build courses that contain repetitive "how to use the course player" info. I want to add a scenario that asks the student if they are familiar with using the course player. If they answer no, I want them to branch to the next page and proceed through the course as normal. If they answer yes, I want them to be skipped past the remaining 4 pages in the topic and begin the next topic. Add trigger to multiple pages in project

Is there a way to add a trigger to every page in a project at once? I'm attempting to add javascript that is triggered on page load for every page in a course (after the course was already completed - this is for a migration effort). The only way I can find to do this is adding them one at a time to each page, which is painfully time-consuming.

Remove page number from page count total?

Is there a way to convert target pages to primary pages that show in your main project structure?

I currently have a project that was developed in Claro that includes quite a few target pages to incorporate branching. The customer wants to eliminate any type of branching or extraneous clicking and has asked that I make the project linear. Is there a way for me to convert the target pages to main pages? Or do I need to redo every page from scratch? When I click on new page from existing project the only options I get are "Structure" and "Master".

Scroll position preserved from page to page - mobile

I would expect the scroll position to reset to the top of each page when a new page is loaded (back/next/menu navigation). Instead, if I use a button at the bottom of the page to get to the next page, it loads at the bottom of this second page. The browser mobile preview does not display this behavior. I believe it's not intended. How can I avoid this? iPhone 8 iOS 12.2  Thanks, Katy O'Keefe

Access all pages in the TOC straight away

Hi,  Is there a way I can make all the pages in a storyline theme accessible straight away? Currently you need to view them in a linear order, but I want people to be able to jump around as they want.
