Video CC Text on Androids

Has anyone had users report cc text not working on an Android phone? It works just fine on an iPhone.

If so, other than having a transcript available, how did you resolve the issue?

I've had cleints report that captioning wasn't turned on for their phone. e.g.,

Thank! Unfortunately,  that doesn't seem to be the problem. I've had three testers with three different phones turn on the accessibility features but not see the cc text.

I have a video in my Flow course that has an uploaded .vtt file for closed captioning. It works great on a desktop, but there's no cc text option on a phone....just the transcript. Is there a setting to allow the cc text on a phone?  Thanks

1. In my project we have a bunch of different modules with many different videos and right now we have the player controls hidden so that a user can't skip ahead. But we are wondering is Is there an option to include a per-module “timer” somewhere from within the platform?  Like since we hide the controls we also hide the timer. Is there a way to just have the timer?  2. is there a way to change the color of the play head that is placed on top of the video? right now it is a darkish gray and ...

When entering text in Test Me mode in Capture, if you move the mouse by accident it marks the text as incomplete and grades the step as wrong. Is there a way of switching this off?

I would like to use the interactive video template in Flow, is there a tutorial on how to use the Question buttons?  I would like the learner to engage with the questions when I set the video to pause for each question.

Hi, when I play a video file in full screen mode it exits full screen mode at the end of the video. Is there a way to keep the video open in full screen at the end of the video?
