What tips do you have for optimizing the dashboard for each project?1182 0 2
We have several developers responsible for maintaining our projects. We see the dashboard as a potentially very useful way to communicate status/life cycle, changes made, if a new export is needed, etc. Currently, we use the checklist to communicate parts of status, we use the life cycle, we use review periods. We are starting to leave commit notes that comment on an update made but wonder how we might leverage the dashboard further to know if updates were made and if a new export is needed? Thanks!
Some of the future state edits that live outside of the development process include, fixing a grammatical or punctuation error found while live with learners. It is these sorts of edits that can happen in silo but miss getting pushed out or reuploaded into the LMS if not directly communicated via some other means (email, slack, teams, etc.).
We hope to lean on the dashboard as much as possible to understand the state of a project.

Did find this notification when browsing projects. This is a good start! Can't find this on the dashboard.
When you select a project in the "brows project" screen, you get a summary screen that appears to the right of the window. withing there, you see a "latest publish" section. If the content has been modified since the last publish, a yellow alert icon (exclamation mark) is visible stating "This content has been modified since last publish".

Another way to use the Insights Dashboard is LifeCycles. You can set up your Life Cycles and then apply them in project properties and this information will also show up on the Insights.
