Why Can't I Open Two Courses At The Same Time? I Want To Use One Course As A Reference While I Author The Other.

I find it helpful (if not necessary) when building out courses to have a sort of "guide window" open that I can use as a visual reference. That's not a big deal with locally-installed applications, but I'm concerned that it might be problematic in Claro. Is there any reason that I wouldn't want to have two separate Claro courses (not the same course twice) open at the same time?  

I have created end of module tests. When I preview the full project, they are not visible in the outline. Where are they?

Hi,  I accedentially set a course to status: Offline/retired.  Now when I try to find it in My creations I can't seem to see it.  Any way I can find the module?   

I have uploaded documents into the Course Resource Manager. Inside the course I have links to the documents. Some documents open while others download without opening. In all the links I created I selected the "New Window" as the option in which to open them. This happens with files of the same format. For example, one Word document opens in Word while the other one just downloads. I need to create a consistent learner experience. Are there any other settings that I have missed?

I added one of my team members as a reviewer in a course however, he is unable to view Comments section while reviewing the course. Please support.

I am using standard bubbles input controls to create 4 options a learner can select to solve the problem.  For each input,  when the learner click on the bubble, I want the option to change color (e.g green when correct; red when incorrect; yellow to indicate the option could be done but its is not the best choice) and add an action to show the feedback for each option.  There is a different feedback response for each option (bubble), not just correct/incorrect.
