Why are my sections/modules out of order?

For some reason my LO titles are not showing up in my table of contents, and I would like to make them show. How do I do this?  

I have been importing .ppt pages into a temporary project to later import to my main project.  However, when I attempt to copy a page from an existing project "Copy From A Project", the temporary project that I used to import the .ppt does not show up in any searches.  Please help.  Thanks.  

In my publish settings i have the Follow LO Sequence box checked but it still puts my questions out of order. How do i fix that?   

I'm creating a course with conditions: My stakeholders want to have a pre-test to partially test out of certain modules in the project (3 of the 8 modules with tests would still be required to be watched) and have test questions at the end of each module with a project pass score of 70%. Hi,  I'm wondering about a best way to end a "try me" simulation interaction. currently the last slide is an end and appears to pause , with text included there flashing for a few seconds and then disappearing. I'd like to have some kind of success messaging and accurately direct the user to either replay the simulation or navigate out of it and into other content within the LMS. Thanks for any advice!
