can't add references

I'm trying to add references to a DK1 course I created. I follow the instructions (https://support.dominknow.com/hc/en-us/articles/216571008-How-do-I-add-a-reference-item-in-Claro-), but after I hit "submit," nothing happens - the reference hasn't been added.

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Tea -

Make sure that all the fields have information in them for the citation. In recent work with a client team we observed that the URL field, for example, isn't highlighted in blue but does seem to behave as if required. The issue has been logged with our support team.

Let us know if that lets you continue.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, you suggestions doesn't help: I filled in all the fields, and still nothing happens after I submit the reference.

Is there any other way to create bibliography? The issue is urgent, we need to output the module within a few days.

Hi Chris,

I just wanted to inform you that I was able to figure it out. I was trying to add references directly into the references list, without realizing that, unless I connect them to a citation, they will not appear in the current module's bibliography or reference list.

I've read the guide it says to right click another place it says double click neither works in dominknow. At the bottom of the screen I see Accessibility tab with Alt Text and a fill in but can't find a way to made the grayed out Edit Asset button work.

How do I export glossary items (a collection) for printing?

Add an author for tranlsation

Hello. I have a course that needs to be translated. This is being done by an outside vendor who has their own license of dominKnow. When I try to add them as an author/translator I get the message "no seats available." What do I need to do to give them access to this particular course so they can add the translation? Thanks in advance

Why can't I access some of my projects to share pages between projects?

I have been importing .ppt pages into a temporary project to later import to my main project.  However, when I attempt to copy a page from an existing project "Copy From A Project", the temporary project that I used to import the .ppt does not show up in any searches.  Please help.  Thanks.

Paragraph spacing/"Add paragraph dom element" button

I prefer to avoid adding extra carriage returns to create spacing between paragraphs, so I was happy when I discovered the "Add paragraph dom element" button, which adds a few pixels of space between paragraphs that are otherwise adjacent. (I understand the nature of what the button's doing, essentially wrapping each paragraph in "p" tags.)  Unfortunately, that button is either a little wonky or I'm not using it right, because getting it to work consistently is kind of challenging.
