if have my module set up so that a user has to complete all actionable items on the page, can you set up a pop up or warning if a user tries to click the disabled next arrow a pop up comes up that says they need to complete all items first?

The conversation between the page and the nav bar is one-way. The page can send a command to enable on the Next button, but the nav bar can't send a command back to the page that the learner is trying to click on the disabled Next button.

So it's a good design practice to provide your leaners with information.instraution about the page completion requirement, at least the first time they encounter it in your course.
