whenever i preview or publish my project it puts the questions out of order any way to correct that?

The default setting is to randomize the question order, but you can turn that setting off in the Publishing Profile.

If you create a new Publishing Profile one of the settings is for Follow LO Sequence - select the checkbox beside that setting and the questions will now be presented in the order of the Learning Objects as you've set up in your project.

NOTE: If you have more than one question for an LO and have the LO set to use a randomized sub-set of the questions then that setting still applies even if the Follow LO Sequence is set as on.
