Plus, the PDFs created when you include a downloadable Job Aid or Document have been updated to meet WCAG accessibility standards.

Improvements to the Hotspots for Step Panel

On the Hotspots for Step panel:

  • The Primary hotspot now clearly indicates that it goes to the next step. (This can't be changed.)
  • When you add a Secondary Hotspot, you can now use the blue pencil icon to edit its name, and use the red X icon to delete it.

Improvements to Working with Narration

When adding narration:

  • You can now easily switch between scenes using a drop down menu
  • You can now do a bulk import of narration files

Additional Improvements

This release also includes several other improvements:

  • An "eye dropper" has been added to the Draw menu
  • The Capture lesson will now store custom colors for the Draw and Modify tools
  • Windows users will now see a message that they need to capture their lesson on their main window if they try to capture on a secondary monitor
  • You can now expand and collapse all scenes
