Authors and Administrators can determine the activities they want to know about

Your dominKnow | ONE site sends default email notifications for a number of activities. 

You may not want to receive all or even any of these notifications, and you can control this on your Profile.

You can access your Profile from the Splash Page when you log in or under your avatar in the upper right corner when authoring.

On the Edit Profile panel, select the Email Notifications option on the left-side menu.

You can now select or unselect any of the available options.

Select Done to save your changes. 

The notifications are grouped into several categories:

  • Authoring notifications
    • When I'm assigned to a Project
    • When I'm assigned to a Collection
    • Review summary when a reviewer is done
  • Review notifications
    • When a Project enters review
    • When I'm assigned to review a Project
    • When I'm assigned to review a Collection of Projects
    • When a review note has been resolved
    • A conversation has a new reply 
  • Ownership notifications
    • When Projects are added or removed from my owned collection
    • When my owned Project is added or removed from a Collection
    • When a Team I own has changed members
    • When I'm given ownership of a Collection
    • When I'm given ownership of a Team
